Texas Fest another fun night out for families!!

Hutchinson Elementary's popular Texas Fest was held last night at the Railhead Building!  Parking was limited around downtown as families made their way to the annual event.  The local Kiwanis Club cooked up hamburgers, kids of all ages tested their luck on the "Buckin Bull" and singers sang their hearts out for a chance to be named "Hutch Idol"!  Lots of games, some old, some new gave the kids lots to do as their parents bid on the popular gift baskets offered each year.  Hats off to the kids and staff of Hutchinson for all their hard work for this popular family event!

It's Open Mike night as students try their best to win "Hutchinson Idol"!

Custom cowboy hats were sold at the Texas Fest!

Kevin and Pat Parker and a friend sample some of the good food offered up by the Kiwanis Club!

One of the many brave kids who took their turn riding the bull!

Chamber Manager Amanda Jo Ritchey climbs on....

Amanda waves at the crowd and holds on for dear life!

And off she goes...good ride Amanda!!
